The world's largest electronics manufacturer Foxconn has reduced employee strength from 110,000 to 50,000 due to the introduction of robots. Although, Foxconn states robots are not a threat to human workers, economists and tech experts are less convinced. The manufacturer is based in China and supplies components to both Samsung and Apple.
