- Scroll down to About Phone
- Tap on Build Number seven times
- Within Developer Options, Scroll down to Animation Scale
- Turn off Window Animation Scale, Animator Duration Scale, and Transition Animation Scale.
- You may need to restart your S8 to feel the changes.
Your phone should immediately feel faster because everything is opening with less animations.
