LG G6 Review - Everything You Asked For?

There’s definitely a lot of buzz around the flagship phones this year, with each manufacturer expected to bring drastic new designs to their lineup. It seems LG anticipated this and decided to level up their G6. We've been testing the Black LG G6 from T-Mobile for a few weeks now, and have a few thoughts about it. This is our video review of the LG G6.

LG's decision to ditch the modular design of the G5 was the correct move. Instead of trying to do things that nobody wants, the company nailed the things that a high-end smartphone in 2017 needs to have. Premium build quality, huge display in a compact body, great camera, water resistance and top notch performance. The G6 is sure to be in the running for smartphone of the year.

Case And Wireless Charging Accessory Makers Reaffirm Rumored Features Expected In iPhone 8

A photo of what appears to be a case made for the iPhone 8 has just surfaced.

Notice, that the camera module is vertical, which falls in line with previous design leaks. There's also a lack of headphone jack and opening for a TouchID sensor on the back, which was mentioned as a possibility. Not much else can be gathered from the image though.

Meanwhile, the CEO of wireless charging pads Powermat, was recently quoted in a press release:

“With the recent announcement by Apple that wireless charging will become a standard feature in the next iPhone, we are finally at the threshold of mainstream adoption."
Apple did join the Wireless Power Consortium in February but has yet to announce such a feature, meaning it's likely that he unintentionally spoke about unreleased information.

Its not unusual for manufacturers to provide dummies of upcoming devices to accessory makers in order to make a perfectly-fitting case or other accessories ready before global release. However, being that it is way too early in the year for an iPhone release, it's best to take this with a grain of salt.

Preorders start May 18 and will find availability among a variety of Canadian carriers for $199 CAD with a two year contract. Its US launch will also take place on May 31, where you can pick up an unlocked version for $549. The company went on to add that the KEYone will also make its way to Sprint "later this summer," but pricing details weren't provided for the wireless carrier.
The BlackBerry KEYone features a 4.5" display, a Snapdragon 625 processor, a 12 MP rear camera with an 8 MP front camera and a 3,505 mAh battery. Although, the standout feature has to be the full physical keyboard, complete with a fingerprint sensor built into the space bar.

So there you have it folks, if you’re itching for a new Blackberry or a smartphone with an actual keyboard, you’ll be pleased to know that you won’t have to wait too long.
