Huawei is far from being a household name in the U.S. but the company is turning heads by offering a new smartphone with premium design and specs for only $400. The Honor 8 has a 5.2" display, an octa-core processor, 32GB of memory, 4GB of RAM with dual 12-megapixel cameras.
