Qualcomm has teamed up with Samsung to build their latest mobile processor, the Snapdragon 835. Qualcomm claims the new processor will deliver 27% higher performance while seeing up to 40% reduction in power consumption. In addition, the processor features Quick Charge 4 which offers 20% faster charge times with the ability to deliver 5 hours of battery life in only 5 minutes of charging. The Snapdragon 835 will be available in the first half of 2017. Most likely seen first in the Samsung Galaxy S8.
