Buyers of these devices consistently experienced "bootlooping" and a lawsuit was filed because of how the company handled the hardware issue. LG is offering either a $425 cash settlement or a $700 rebate towards the purchase of a new LG device. You’ll need a proof of purchase and fill out a Proof of Claim survey by February 12, 2018.
