LG has confirmed some details regarding the display on their upcoming flagship smartphone. The G7 ThinQ will boast a 6.1" QHD+ IPS LCD display which will have a resolution of 3120×1440. In addition, the display will have a maximum brightness of 1,000 nits. That’s the brightest IPS LCD display to date.  The display will the same aspect ratio as the iPhone X to compensate for the notch, although G7 ThinQ owners will be able to hide the notch through software. LG will officially announce the G7 ThinQ on May 2.
