According to reports, a manager at Foxconn has stolen around 5,700 iPhones between 2013 and 2014. The former manager worked in the testing department at Foxconn in Shenzhen, China. According to the reports, he instructed eight employees to smuggle the phones out. The phones were meant to be scrapped but landed in Shenzhen stores instead, making them around $1.56 million. Foxconn caught up with the scheme after an internal audit and reported it to authorities. If found guilty, the man could face up to 10 years in jail.
