According to reports, Apple has finished filming their Planet of the Apps reality show. Originally announced last year, the series is Apple’s first original content attempt focused on developers creating apps and receiving mentorship from various celebrities. The mentors reportedly include Gwyneth Paltrow, Will.i.am and Gary Vaynerchuk. Over 100,00 apps applied but Apple choose just 100 to be featured. A release date for the show is still unclear but given the focus on application developers, it wouldn’t be surprising to see something about it at Apple's World Wide Developers Conference in June.
