According to reports, White House chief information security officer Cory Louie was abruptly removed from his post. He was responsible for the security of internal networks, communications, data and device security including Trump's personal smartphone. A letter was sent to Republican members asking them to investigate President Trump's cybersecurity practices and vulnerabilities. "Already serious cybersecurity issues affecting the office of the President have arisen." Its still unclear if a replacement has been appointed to Louie's position.
